What Information Is Shared And With Who?
Within the company and all of its branches. Hired Agents: we hire outside companies to complete certain tasks on our behalf and need to share info to provide products and services to you, such as credit card processors. Unless specified all Hired Agents do not have any right to use personal information we share with them beyond what is necessary to complete our tasks. See “Third Party Advertising” below. We retain the right to share information if it is pursuant to lawful requests. We also reserve the right to share information with legal authorities and other companies for fraud protection. Business transfer: in the event that the business was to change ownership, your information would be transferred to and licensed for use by the new owner.

 

How Do We Protect Your Information?
We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all CC transactions. We use regular Malware Scanning. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. However, we cannot guarantee the security of your user information and no data transmission over the Internet can be completely secure and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Anyone that has access to your Facebook®account will be able to access your account with University Viral. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time. You agree not to hold University Viral accountable for any such breach.

Opting Out And The Choices You Have
You can choose to not disclose information, although it will be of detriment to your experience on the Website. If you access the website through Facebook® you automatically create an account and it will contain information made available through Facebook. You may request to delete all of your information and account if you reach out to info@universityviral.comand tell us what you would want deleted. The information may remain in our records after deletion of your account.

If you are visiting our Website from outside of the United States or otherwise contacting us from outside of the United States, please be aware that your personal information may be transferred to, stored or processed in the United States, where our servers are located and our central database is operated.
